Cecil Clyde Robbins was born on December 26, 1926 in Keokee, Virginia. He passed away in Jeffersonville, IN on the evening of January 2, 2021, at the age of 94.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Robbins; daughter, Lisa Robbins; parents, John and Maggie Robbins; three sisters, Lena Mae, Anna Lee, and Janet; and four brothers, Clifton, Marshall, Dallas, and Glenn.
He is survived by his two daughters, Vicki Fuchs and husband Pat, and Judy Garcia and husband Jorge; 5 grandchildren, Erica Ramirez and her husband Joe, Nicholas Fuchs, Zachary Garcia and his wife Ashley, Ethan Garcia and fiancée Bree, and Trey Garcia; and four great-grandsons, Ricky, Bradley, and Tyler Ramirez and Cooper Garcia. He is also survived by one brother, Richard Robbins.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the family wishes for the visitation and funeral service to be limited to only Cecil’s closest friends and family for the safety of everyone. Thoughts and prayers are just as appreciated from afar if you are uncomfortable with attending. Visitation will be at Legacy Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, IN on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 10 AM to 12 PM. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM.
