Obituary

Dale Justin Lewis Sr., 88, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on July 29, 2020 surrounded by family. 

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, with entombment to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 10 Am to 1 Pm on Saturday at the funeral home. 

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Barbara Lewis; parents, Richard and Jeanette Lewis Sr.; son, Dale Lewis Jr.; and siblings, Richard Lewis Jr., Claudelle Lewis, June Hall, and Lillian Sullivan. 

He is survived by his daughters, Donna Hudgins (Norman), Chris Herdt (Steve), Sandy Nally, and Lora Ward; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
