Obituary

Matthew Scott Johnson,28, of Lexington, Indiana entered Eternal Life on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. He was born on April 14, 1992 in Boston, Massachusetts the son of Beverly (Johnson) Booher and the late Philip Earl Johnson. Matthew was a self-employed real estate investor. He was an avid hiker, motorcycle rider, fisherman, and truly enjoyed being outdoors. Matthew would always tell people his life revolves around motorcycles, family and more motorcycles. He loved spending time with his family and will be remembered for his energetic smile, great since of humor and his big heart. Matthew was brilliant, kind, true, strong, and loving to the end of his life.

Survivors include his mother, Beverly (Johnson) Booher (Gene) of Leitchfield, KY; brother, Philip Levi Johnson (Nicki) of Kingsland, Georgia; sister, Jessica Joann Marie Johnson (Billy) of Louisville, KY, along with many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Cremation was chosen and entrusted with Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130. There will be a memorial service held at 4:00 PM with visitation before from 1 to 4 PM on Monday, February, 22, 2012 at Legacy Funeral Center.
